We took Liam out for his first visit to Golden Gate Park.  Afterwards, since St. Patrick’s Day was so close, we bought him a pint at the Blackthorn Tavern.

The local news came by the 1890 Bryant Studios and visited the RedStart world headquarters to interview Mandy and Sara about Open Studios, which is happening in their area this weekend:

Mark and Moe came out to SF for a surprise visit for Monica’s birthday.

Mandy and I joined Monica, Wuy, Brian and Alison for a trip out to the Farallon Islands to do some whale watching. It was a rough ride out but we did see a bunch of whales out at the edge of the abyss.

I walked out on Heron’s Head Point and around the Hunter’s Point power station.

We had a very late house-warming party. We invited everyone over to have a few beers on the roof of our building.

Moe came to visit for a weekend.

One of my favorite places to go in the Bay Area is up into the Marin Headlands.
