Sunday, September 30th, 2001As part of a short-lived tradition, before classes began all of the PD students would go out to the beach to get to know each other before the year got too crazy.

Jeff in Santa Cruz
Saturday, September 15th, 2001After being delayed by terrorism, Jeff made it out to Santa Cruz. We mostly drank beer and hung out on the beach and tried not to think about what just happened.
